2010-01 to authorize an Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Powassan and Master Meter Canada Inc for the supply of water meters and installation services
2010-02 to enact rules and regulations for the installation and access to water meters and related appurtenances, including penalties for offences as part of the universal water metering strategy
2010-03 being a by-law to provide for an interim tax levy for 2010
2010-04 This document must be typed on Bank forms and is available at the Municipal Office. It is an annual by-law which provides for borrowing ability, only if required, for cash flow purposes until the first interim tax levy is issued

2010-09 to establish water and sewage service rates
2010-10 to amend Zoning Bylaw No. 2003- 38 as amended in reference to Lot 1 Concession 10 Reference Plan 42R18715 pt parcel 2000, Boundary Road, Powassan
2010-11 to authorize an Automatic Aide Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Powassan and the Corporation of the Township of Nipissing
2010-12 to authorize an agreement between the Municipality of Powassan and the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services. Central Emergency Reporting Bureau services the 911 Public Emergency Reporting Service
2010-13 to authorize an agreement between the Municipality of Powassan and Association of Municipalities of Ontario for the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Revenues
2010-14 to specify the clawback percentages, capping threshold parameters and the minimum tax level for capped properties within the Corporation of the Municipality of Powassan for 2010
2010-15 to set tax ratios for municipal purposes for the year 2010
2010-16 to regulate the installation and repair of culverts within the Municipality
2010-17 to extend the Municipality's date for billing property owners for the installation of water meters. (Where the meter is installed after a certain date the property owner is responsible for payment. Otherwise the Municipality pays to have water meter installed
2010-18 to set tax rates for the year 2010 and approve municipal budget
2010-19 The Municipality will provide services to the Township of Bonfield for Playground Inspections
2010-20 Agreement to lease the trails known locally as the Pines to the Municipality of Powassan to permit the public to enjoy the trail system
2010-21 to appoint a Deputy Clerk under section 228(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001 to serve on a call-in basis
2010-22 to provide for advance votes to be held prior to voting day
2010-23 to provide for reduced hours on voting day in institutions and retirement homes

2010-36 to appoint the mandatory Compliance Audit Committee for Election financial statements
2010-37 to set terms and conditions of the EDO position
2010-38 to authorize a refinancing loan with OSIFA in the amount of $1,540,000 for Eastholme-Home for the Aged
2010-39 to enter into an agreement with the vendor for the canteen and kitchen at the Sportsplex
2010-41 to enter into an agreement with MTO for rights to CPIC for Municipal By-law Enforcement purposes
2010-42 to join partners in encouraging residents to recycle and to enter into an agreement for processing of recycling
