Trout Creek Winter Carnival

Where: Trout Creek Community Centre
When: 3rd weekend in February Activities: Tiny Tot Pageant, Lions $1,000 Jackpot Bingo, Family Hockey Tournament, Dance, Candlelight Walk, Euchre and Crib Tournaments, Kids'Dance Party, Activities and Movie Night, Pancake Breakfast.

Maple Syrup Festival

Where: Main Street, Powassan
When: Saturday April 16th

Activities: Pancake Breakfasts, Children’s Park, Logger Sport competitions, Craft Booths, Live Music, Horse Drawn Rides, Bus trips to Sugar Booth, and Balloon release.

Powassan Farmer’s Market

Local vendors offer early vegetables – lettuce, spinach, onions, radish, carrots, beets, Swiss chard, garlic tops.  Or purchase homemade bread, pies, squares and other baking; jams, jellies, pickles; local freezer meats; goat milk soaps and lotions; herbs and perennials; bedding plants and annual flowers; crafts, sewing, jewelry.  Enjoy BBQ sausage on a bun, hot and cold beverages.  Picnic tables under the large tent.
The Powassan Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday, rain or shine, 9 am to 1 pm until Thanksgiving.  Main St South, Powassan, beside The Beer Store.  New vendors welcome.  Pets must be leashed.

Windsong Music Festival

Situated outside the community of Powassan, surrounded by hardwood forests and rolling farm fields, the Windsong Music Festival welcomes music fans that want a unique experience to get "up close and personal" with the performers. Canada Day Celebration

Where: South Himsworth Park
When: July 1st every year.
Activities: Music, Face Painting, Fireworks, Children’s Games, Food and Beverages.

Where: Powassan Fair Grounds
When: Labour Day Weekend - Opens @ 10:00
Activities: Parade, Heavy Horse Pulls, Demolition Derby, Music by Local Musicians, Midway, Light Horse Show, Exhibit, Poultry Vendors, Animal Displays, Food and much more!
