2013-02 Being a by-law to adopt LAND SALE POLICY/PURCHASE AGREEMENT TERMS For the Fairview Business Park
2013-03 Being a by-law to authorize an agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Powassan and the Dr. Terence K. Wong regarding rental space at the Medical Centre.
2013-04 Being a by-law to stop up, close and convey the roads located in part of Lot 27, Concession 3, and identified as Lots 1 and 2, Pl M519; and Calvin Crescent, Elliott Street, and Banner Drive, all in Pl M519 and Blocks 41-45, M519 In accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended.

2013-07 Being a by-law to specify the clawback percentages, capping threshold parameters and the minimum tax level for capped properties within the Corporation of the Municipality of Powassan for 2013.
2013-08 Being a BY-LAW for the licensing, regulating and governing of taxicab/limousine drivers and owners.
2013-09 Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a contract agreement for the Bi-weekly Collection and Processing of Blue Boxes for the Corporation of the Municipality of Powassan Recycling Program.

2013-11 Being a By-law to remove a Holding (H) Symbol with respect to lands legally described as Part of Lot 15, Concession 13, RP 42R-18737, Parts 1 and 2, Parcel 7820, 11550 N/S (Himsworth) now in the Municipality of Powassan.
2013-12  BEING A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR AN INTERIM TAX LEVY FOR 2013
2013-13 Being a By-law to amend By-law No. 2003-38, as amended, the Zoning By-law for the Municipality of Powassan with respect to lands located in Part of Lot 18, Concession 13 in the Municipality of Powassan and legally described as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Plan 42R-12832.
2013-14 Being a By-Law to amend By-law 2001-34 a Bylaw to prescribe Standards for the Maintenance and Occupancy of Buildings and Property. 
2013-15 Being a by-law to set tax ratios for municipal purposes for the year 2013. 
2013-16   Being a by-law to provide for the adoption of tax rates and to further provide for penalty and interest in default of payment thereof for 2013 
2013-17  Being a by-law to adopt the water and wastewater budgets for 2013.

2013-26 Being a by-law to authorize an agreement between the Coporation of the Municipality of Powassan and the Ontario Clean Water Agency for the provision of operation and maintenance services of the water and wastwater facilities.
2013-27 Being a by-law to prohibit the running at large of animals other than dogs within the Municipality and to provide for their impunding, care and disposition.
2013-28 Being a by-law to amend by-law no. 2003-38, as amended, the Zoning by-law for the Municipality of Powassan with respect to lands legally described as Part of Lot 15, Registrar's Compiled Plan 318 located in Part of Lot 14, Concession 11 (South Himsworth) now in the Municipality of Powassan
2013-29 Being a by-law to amend By-law No. 2003-38, as amended, the Zoning By-law for the Municipality of Powassan with respect to lands legally described as Block 3, Part of Lot 1, Plan 43 in the Municipality of Powassan.

2013-41 Being a by-law to authorize a Development Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Powassan and Mr. Adam Clayson to provide for the improvement of a portion of Tower Line to a standard suitable to the Municipality for year round maintenance.
2013-42 Being a by-law to change the composition of Council from the current position of seven (7) Council members to five (5) as per Section 217 of the Municipal Act, 2001
