“250 Clark”
Request for Proposal For Architectural Design 2017-02
The Municipality of Powassan is inviting Qualified Architectural Firms to submit a Design for the Interior of our Community Hub building located at 250 Clark Street, in the Municipality of Powassan. The building, “250 Clark” will house the Municipality of Powassan Administration offices, meeting rooms and community service rooms. Interested firms are to submit their qualifications and experience of similar work. Generally, the work is the complete design and construction plan of the former Powassan Junior Public School. HVAC plans will be required to tie into the existing system.
A Site meeting is required prior to bid and will be held on May 16th at 1:00 p.m. at 250 Clark Street, Powassan.
Firms are to submit their Bid Proposal by June 2nd, 2017, by 1:00 p.m.
