Please note that it is the responsibility of the Contractor to notify the Treasurer/Director of Corporate Services via email at brobinson@powassan.net or phone at 705-724-2813 ext. 208 upon reviewing the RFP documents. The Municipality will ensure that all Contractors that notified the Municipality, receive any and all necessary addendums or RFP clarifications. The Municipality will not be held responsible for Contractors who failed to notify the Municipality of their interest in the RFP.
