Please note that it is the responsibility of the Contractor to notify Codey Munshaw via email or phone at cmunshaw@powassan.net or 705-724-2813 ext. 202 upon reviewing the Tender documents. The Municipality will ensure that all Contractors that notified the Municipality, receive any and all necessary addendums. The Municipality will not be held responsible for Contractors who failed to notify the Municipality of their interest in this Tender.
Contractors are also advised that the Tender documents are available for pick up at 250 Clark Street, Powassan, Ontario for a fee of $50. The Municipality of Powassan will not be responsible for any drawing scale issues resulting from Contractors printing the contract drawings from the Municipal website.
