This 50 unit independent living facility in Powassan is located a short walk from the grocery store, pharmacies, Home Hardware and recreation facilities such as the Powasan Sportsplex, 250 Clark and many area parks.
Units will be geared towards those aged 55+ and will include a mix of market and affordable (20% below market) rental units. Unit types include studio suites, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites.
