Agendas, Meetings & Minutes
Regular Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of every month in Council Chambers at the Municipal Office, 252 Clark Street, Powassan (Firehall). Meetings are open to the public and changes of venue or time are are noted on the home page of the municipal website, and on the Municipality of Powassan Facebook page.

Please note that the Minutes of Council are not posted until they have been approved at the following Council meeting.
Meeting dates for 2026: January 6 & 20; February 3 & 17; March 3 (cancelled) & 17; April 7 & 21; May 5 & 19; June 2 & 16; July & August (only one meeting per month, dates to be determined); September 1 & 15; October 6 & 20; November 3 & 17; December (only one meeting, date to be determined).
Budget Meeting dates: February 25 (cancelled), March 10, March 24, 2026. 6pm in Council Chambers.
